Who We Are
Oikos is a world music/jazz ensemble which collaborates with gifted musicians from around the country. Through its innovative performances, the group inspires and challenges audiences, finding new and creative ways to celebrate diversity, unity and the spirit.

How We Came To Be
Oîkos came together in the autumn of 2003 to lead a jazz vespers service at the United Church of Christ national setting in Cleveland, Ohio. The enthusiastic response by worshipers and the chemistry of the musicians made it apparent that something special had been created. Since then, Oîkos has been offering creative jazz programs, play shops, concerts and experiential worship for regional and national audiences.
